1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using ErrTap you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Use of the service
You may use ErrTap only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for the data you send to the service and for maintaining the security of your account credentials and project tokens.
3. Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis and are non-refundable except where required by law. Usage beyond your plan limits is billed at the rates published on our pricing page. We may change prices with 30 days notice.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use ErrTap to store or transmit unlawful content, to abuse the ingestion API, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other customers’ data. We may suspend accounts that threaten the stability of the platform.
5. Data and privacy
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of the telemetry data you send; you grant us the rights needed to operate the service on your behalf.
6. Availability and warranties
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service except where an SLA is agreed in writing on an Enterprise plan.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ErrTap is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination, your data is retained per the Privacy Policy and then deleted.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-product or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
