2. Information we collect
We collect account information you provide (name, email, organization), billing details processed by our payment provider, and the telemetry data your applications send to the service — errors, performance metrics, uptime results, and release metadata.
3. How we use information
We use your information to operate and improve the service, to send alerts you configure, to provide support, and to process payments. We do not sell your personal data.
4. Telemetry data
You control what your applications send. We recommend scrubbing personally identifiable information before it reaches us. You are the controller of the telemetry data; we act as a processor on your behalf.
5. Sharing and subprocessors
We share data only with subprocessors needed to run the service (hosting, email delivery, payments) under contractual confidentiality obligations, and where required by law.
6. Data retention
Telemetry data is retained according to your plan’s retention window and then deleted. Account records are retained while your account is active and for a limited period afterward for legal and billing purposes.
7. Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to production systems is restricted and audited. Project tokens can be rotated at any time from your dashboard.
8. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Contact us to exercise these rights.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-product or by email.
