Subprocessors

1. Purpose
ErrTap uses carefully selected third-party service providers (“subprocessors”) to help deliver the product. This page lists current subprocessors that may process customer personal data.
2. Infrastructure
Cloud hosting and managed databases for the API, workers, and dashboard. Providers store encrypted data in the regions configured for your deployment.
3. Delivery and messaging
Transactional email for alerts, invites, and account messages. Webhook deliveries go to endpoints you configure; we do not share payload content with unrelated third parties.
4. Payments
Paid plan billing is processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers on ErrTap servers.
5. Analytics (marketing site)
Anonymous usage analytics on the marketing site (for example Vercel Analytics) run only when you consent to the analytics cookie category.
6. Changes
We will update this list when we add or replace a subprocessor. Material changes affecting personal data processing will be communicated as described in our DPA and Privacy Policy.
